Taiwanese president holds first video-conference with MEPs
President Ma Ying-jeou of the Republic of China (Taiwan) held a video-conference with MEPs for the first time on Tuesday, September 29, 2015.
Attendants including MEPs Werner Langen, Viviane Reding, Jerzy Buzek, together with other MEPs, officials and experts, exchanged views with President Ma on EU-Taiwan relations in various fields, cross-strait peace and stability, and Taiwan’s meaningful participation in international organizations.
