arab-league-secretary-general-dataThe Foreign Affairs Committee will meet League of the Arab States Secretary General Nabil El Araby (pictured) on Tuesday morning (20 January) to discuss recent developments in the Mediterranean and in the Middle East, including Libya, Egypt, Syria and Iraq. The debate starts at 10h.

The European Parliament debated and passed two resolutions on the situation in Libya and Egypt at its plenary session in Strasbourg last week.
