U.S. will keep raising economic costs on Putin, Biden says

The United States intends to continue increasing economic costs on Russian President Vladimir Putin for his invasion of Ukraine. This was stated Wednesday by U.S. President Joe Biden, who also announced new sanctions against Russian banks and oligarchs.
