Russian forces control most of Sievierodonetsk, says Ukraine regional governor

Russian forces have taken control of most of the eastern city Sievierodonetsk, but they have not surrounded the area, said the governor of Ukraine’s Luhansk Province on Tuesday (31 May). This was after days of fighting.
Serhiy Gaidai stated in an online posting that Russian shelling made it impossible for humanitarian supplies to be delivered or people evacuated.
