Large-scale electricity blackout in Ukraine's second city Kharkiv

On Sunday evening (11 September), an electricity blackout plunged the centre of Ukraine's second-largest city Kharkiv into darkness.
It was not immediately clear what caused the blackout in north-eastern cities. Unconfirmed reports on social media also claimed blackouts elsewhere in the region.
