#EYE2018 photo contest: Winners revealed

Jan Malaise is the public prize winner of the #EYE2018 photo contest, with his above picture. All six winners will be invited to the 2018 European Youth Event (EYE) in Strasbourg. Read on to see their photos.    
With 3,200 likes, Jan Malaise (France) became the public prize winner of the European Parliament's photo contest held to highlight the EYE event taking place on 1-2 June. About 8,000 young people from across Europe will gather in the European  Parliament to talk to decision-makers and come up with ideas for the future of Europe. Check out the programme.

For the photo contest, the Parliament invited people to share their most beautiful images on Instagram. More than 2,500 pictures from all over the world were submitted, from which six winners were selected for different categories who will attend the EYE event where they can take even more beautiful photos. In addition there will be an exhibition of the winning photos in Strasbourg during the EYE event.
