2018 #Sakharov laureate #OlegSentsov to receive award at ceremony in Parliament

When Parliament’s human rights prize was awarded last year, Sentsov was in prison for protesting Russia’s annexation of his native Crimea on Independence Square in Kiev.
Released in September as part of a prisoner exchange deal, he will now be presented the prize at a ceremony in Strasbourg on 26 November.
