Mark EU Diversity Month with equality insights
To celebrate EU Diversity Month 2025, we’ve prepared an insightful infographic that highlights key data on equality and inclusion in the EU.
Did you know that:
- 1 in 7 people in the EU is foreign-born?
- there are 137 female students for every 100 male students in the EU, while in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics there are 50 female students per 100 male students?
- 1 in 5 people in the EU lives with a disability (limitation in usual activities due to health problems)?
- young women, foreign-born people and people with disabilities are more likely to be neither employed nor engaged in education or training?
