Clarification Regarding Previously Published Article

EU Reporter wishes to clarify aspects of an article published on 30 April 2026 entitled “Sanctions spotlight: Kyrgyzstan, UAE networks, and the global aviation supply chain to Russia.”

Following concerns raised by representatives of Aerospace Technical Services Co. Ltd. (ATS), Aeroparts AOG, Royal Aircraft Maintenance Company (RAMC), and associated individuals, EU Reporter undertook a detailed internal review of the material used in preparation of the article.

As a result of that review, EU Reporter has concluded that certain information and supporting materials provided to the publication appear to have been unreliable, unauthenticated, and potentially inauthentic. The article has therefore been removed.

EU Reporter accepts that the article should not have been published in its original form and acknowledges that insufficient weight was given to verification and balance in relation to allegations concerning:

  • Aerospace Technical Services Co. Ltd. (ATS);
  • Aeroparts AOG;
  • Royal Aircraft Maintenance Company (RAMC);
  • Golden Falcon Aviation;
  • Casper Aviation; and associated individuals.

EU Reporter acknowledges the representations made by the above parties denying involvement in unlawful, sanctionable, or improper activities.

To the extent that the article may have caused harm, misunderstanding, or reputational damage to those concerned, EU Reporter regrets that outcome and apologises to the affected parties.
