Russia's Black Sea fleet is relocating some of its submarines, UK says

Russia’s Black Sea fleet moved some of its submarines, from Sevastopol in Crimea port to Novorossiysk Krasnodor Krai, south Russia.

According to the Defense Ministry's daily intelligence update on Twitter, the change in local security threat levels in response to increased Ukrainian long-range strike capabilities is likely to have led the relocation.

The Ministry stated that "in the last two months, both the fleet headquarters as well as its main naval aviation airport have been attacked".
