Mikhail Stiskin resigns as Polyus Senior Vice President for finance and strategy
Russian top gold Producer Polyus announced Mikhail Stiskin's resignation from his role as the company's Senior Vice President for Finance and Strategy. As of November 29, 2022, Stiskin has also resigned from the Polyus Board of Directors.
The title of Senior Vice President, Finance and Strategy, will be eliminated. The company’s operations will be maintained by the vice presidents for strategy and business development, Mr. Anton Rumyantsev, and planning and economics, Mrs. Anna Lobanova.
Pavel Grachev, who had been the Company's CEO since 2014, resigned from his position, as Polyus reported in April 2022.
