EYE 2014: The full programme
Ahead of the European elections, 6,000 young Europeans will meet at the European Youth Event (EYE) on 9-11 May to participate in workshops, hearings, debates and discussions organised by the European Parliament and its partners. All the activities are based on five issues important to young people in Europe: employment, digital revolution, future of the European Union, sustainability and European values.
Around 20 debates and seminars (including on social media, youth unemployment, young entrepreneurs) can be followed live on the EYE2014 website.Those who can't be at the EYE in person, are encouraged to debate online via the event's social media channels.
Speakers include ministers, commissioners, MEPs, Nobel laureates, journalists and youth organisation leaders. To download the full programme, click on the links below and mark your favourite debates in your agenda. And follow #EYE2014 on social media to stay up to date.
