Public hearing EU Commission vice-president Timmermans in Greens/EFA group
European Commission vice-president Frans Timmermans will take part in a public meeting with the Greens/EFA group in a questions-and-answers format with MEPs.
The group has already expressed concern at Timmermans interpretation of his 'better regulation' remit and his focus on de-regulation and this is sure to feature in the meeting with the vice-president also having responsibility for sustainable development, transparency and civil liberties, core policy areas from a Green perspective, his record and intentions on these areas will also be in focus.
When: Wednesday, 4 February at 16h30
Where: European Parliament members restaurant salons, ASP building Room 1G3, Brussels
