February 2018 #eurozone #unemployment at 8.5%, EU-28 at 7.1%

The eurozone (EA-19) seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate was 8.5% in February 2018, down from 8.6% in January 2018 and from 9.5% in February 2017. This is the lowest rate recorded in the eurozone since December 2008. The EU-28 unemployment rate was 7.1% in February 2018, down from 7.2% in January 2018 and from 8.0% in February 2017. This is the lowest rate recorded in the EU-28 since September 2008. These figures are published by Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union. Full text available on EUROSTAT website.
