The summit focused on Brexit (in EU-27 format), as well as the EU’s long-term budget, enlargement prospects for Albania and North Macedonia, Turkish unilateral military actions in north-east Syria and its illegal drilling in Cyprusʼ Exclusive Economic Zone, international climate change action, and investigations on the downing of flight MH17 in Ukraine.
