Vedad Ibisevic's winner sparked jubilant scenes in Sarajevo, where fans partied with flares and fireworks. World champions Spain also made sure of their place at Brazil 2014, along with England and Russia. Croatia, Sweden, Romania, Iceland, Portugal, Greece, Ukraine and France will contest the play-offs next month.
