Nurtleu Murat appointed Kazakhstan minister of foreign affairs

By the Decree of the President of Kazakhstan Nurtleu Murat (pictured) was appointed as Deputy Prime Minister - minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He was dismissed from the post of Head of the Staff of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
