Nine civilians killed in Russian attacks in Ukraine's Donetsk region - governor

Russian forces killed nine civilians in Donetsk, eastern Ukraine on Monday (16 May), according to the governor.
Pavlo Kyrylenko posted on Telegram that nine people were killed and six were injured.
The report could not be independently verified.
