Moscow-administered Kherson prepares referendum on joining Russia-TASS

A Moscow-imposed military-civilian regime in Ukraine's Kherson area said that it had started preparations for a referendum to join Russia. This was reported by Russian state news agency TASS on Wednesday (29 June).
