EU condemns Russian atrocities in Ukraine

Josep Borrell, the European Union's chief of foreign policy, condemned Friday's (29 July) atrocities perpetrated by Russian armed forces in Ukraine.
Borrell stated that the European Union supports any measures to ensure accountability for violations of human rights and violations international humanitarian law during Russian aggression in Ukraine.
