Ukraine presidential office: Kyiv hit by kamikaze drones

On Monday (17 October), kamikaze drones struck the capital of Kyiv, Andriy Yermak wrote on Telegram that the head of the Ukrainian president’s staff had reported the inciden.
"Russians believe it will help," Yermak stated.
