European Court of Auditors President Vítor Manuel da Silva Caldeira will present its 2013 annual report on the regularity of EU institutions’ financial transactions to the full house. The estimated overall error rate of 4.7% in 2013 is still well above the 2% threshold under which ECA could classify payments as error free. (Wednesday, 12 November)

Northern Ireland and Cyprus. Both the Northern Ireland peace process and Turkey’s recent actions in Cypriot waters will be debated in plenary on Wednesday and highlighted in two resolutions to be voted on Thursday. Early in October, EU political leaders warned Turkey to respect Cyprus’ sovereignty and EP President Schulz voiced Parliament’s support for the Northern Ireland peace process and warned against any attempts to disrupt it.

South Sudan. The humanitarian situation in South Sudan will be reviewed with the High Representative Federica Mogherini on Wednesday. A resolution will be voted on Thursday.

Moldova. The European Parliament is expected to give its green light to the EU-Moldova Association Agreement. The deal would establish a political association and economic integration between the EU and Moldova. This would be the first association agreement to be approved since the one agreed with Ukraine. (Thursday)

Fall of the Berlin Wall. European Parliament political leaders will commemorate the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. President Schulz will open a discussion with a statement. (Wednesday)

GMOs. The Environment and Public Health Committee will vote on draft legislation that would modify current rules on genetically modified organisms by giving EU member states the possibility to restrict their cultivation on their own territory, even if allowed at EU level. (Tuesday)

EU Passenger Name Record (PNR) data. Civil Liberties Committee MEPs will hold a debate with the Commission and the Council Presidency on proposed legislation that would require air carriers to provide EU countries with personal data of passengers entering or leaving the EU, in order to help the fight against serious crime and terrorism. (Tuesday)

President's agenda. On Sunday 9 November, European Parliament President Martin Schulz gave a keynote speech at the official celebration of the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, in Berlin. On Tuesday, Schulz will meet Slovenia’s Prime Minister Miroslav Cerar, followed by a press point. He will give a speech at the World EXPO Milan 2015 meets the European Parliament event on Wednesday, when he will also meet Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Lamberto Zannier. On Thursday, Schulz will meet the President of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, Igor Corman, followed by a press point.

Press briefing. The EP Press Service will hold a press briefing on week's activities at 11h on Monday. (European Parliament press conference room, Brussels)
