Any foreign talks with Belarusian opposition a sign of interference, says #Kremlin

The Kremlin said on Thursday (20 August) that any signs that foreign countries were in talks with the Belarusian opposition would be a sign of interference in Minsk’s internal affairs, write Alexander Marrow and Dmitry Antonov.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said intra-Belarusian dialogue was needed first and that Russian contact with the opposition would also constitute interference.
