Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic stated that Kosovo and Serbia had reached "some sort of a agreement" to implement a Western-backed agreement to normalize ties on Saturday (18 March).

"We have reached agreement on certain points, but not all." Vucic said that this was not the final agreement.
He stated that, despite differences on certain issues, discussions with Albin Kurti, Kosovo prime minister, were "decent".
He stated that Serbia's accession to the EU will depend on the implementation of the agreement.
